Overall the product looks and feels as expected. It has a few wrinkles in it that I can't get out, but it doesn't look or feel cheap and it's pretty sturdy.

This runner is priced great. It is decently constructed and lies quite flat on top of one of our side tables. No need to worry about uneven raised parts. Since the bamboo is is not glossy, it readily accepts a stain (although you need to be careful of the stain getting into the fabric outer trim). I stained mine to have a closer match with some of my other furniture and it looks fantastic.
